Order online on On-Top Your Store and Marketplace and have your parcel delivered directly to your home, work, or to any other address selected by you. The seller sends the parcel with the use of various courier companies. The shipment of a product takes roughly from 24 to 72 hours and the delivery time depends on the carrier and varies from 1 to 8 business days. If delays arise for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you about it.

We are a B2C (also known as business to consumer) and B2B (also known as business to business) service, which is a selling platform for goods and services. To make sure that the order is going to be delivered quickly, safely and with no defects in the product, we supervise the status of your order from the moment the logistics company receives the parcel. In case of any issues, we offer our help to resolve them.

Delivery metods:

2. Each seller appoints the courier based on the item being sent and the shipping costs.
3. You can appoint your own courier company to pick up the order. In that case, please get in touch with us in advance about this matter.
4. To collect in person, please contact us in advance. The reason is that the collection time of the order depends on product manufacturer.


Remember:
1. As a buyer you must cover in full, the cost of delivery of the ordered goods, except in case of a free shipping. You can select preferred delivery method while placing an order.
2. All parcels sent via courier companies have insurance cover. You can find more information on carrier websites, links shown above.
3. Specific costs and details of delivery times depend on the weight and the size of the parcel, as well as on the chosen delivery method. You can check them while adding the product to the basket and when placing the order.
4. Couriers deliver parcels only from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The exception is any bank holiday accruing in that period. If you want your parcel to be delivered on Saturday, some carriers offer weekend delivery at an additional cost.
5. Courier delivers goods weighing up to 30kg directly to the buyer’s door. In case of goods that are weighting above 30kg, courier delivers them to the buyer’s premises.
6. You or any appointed person can collect the order from On-Top - Your Store and Marketplace office, after presenting an identity document or any other document with photograph confirming identity and after providing us with the order reference number.
7. For goods purchased on On-Top - Your Store and Marketplace website, you can pay in cash or with a credit/debit card and at any moment you can check the status of the ordered goods.
8. You can make a payment for your order at some collection points.
9. The option of collecting goods at the selected carrier points is available for every purchased product.

We briefly described the important emails which are sent to you during the processing of your order below:
1. Order Confirmation:
The “Order Confirmation” e-mail is being sent immediately after you purchase the product. The purchase agreement becomes binding upon receiving the order, which we will inform you in a separate email.
2. Shipping Confirmation:
The “Shipping Confirmation” e-mail is being sent after the selected courier company receives the parcel.
3. Click & Collect collection document:
If you have chosen the Click & Collect option (collect in person), you will receive an e-mail or a text message right after the parcel arrives at the selected pickup point. The following message will contain order reference number or attached collection document that is needed to pick up the parcel. Print out the collection document and presented it together with an identity document when collecting the parcel. You must also provide order reference number upon receipt of the parcel.
You can collect your parcel within 7 to 14 days from the moment of receiving the message.

4. Payment Confirmation:
We will send you a confirmation e-mail after we to receive your payment. It is going to be sent regardless of the selected payment method.
5. Return Confirmation:
As soon as your order reaches our logistics centre or its manufacturer, you will receive confirmation of a return via e-mail. You can find more information about returns here.

Order status automated messages:
Please be aware of the following safety precautions:
1. Online store On-Top Your Store and Marketplace never asks to provide personal details without first providing the order reference number whether by phone or e-mail – except for questions related to the online order.
2. If you ever receive an e-mail from online store On-Top - Your Store and Marketplace that concerns you, do not hesitate and get in contact with our Customer Service Department. We will immediately investigate whether the email was in fact sent by us.


Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can easily track the status of your order using its assigned unique number, tracking information is available in “My Account” tab, in the “Order History and Details” section under “Details”.
You can check the order status and its whereabouts at any moment.
If you cannot find that number, please get in touch with us and we will send it in response to you.

You should check the state of the parcel and the ordered product:
1. If you notice upon arrival, that the parcel has defects, follow applicable law regulations, and demand a protocol from the courier to establish the parcel state during shipment and to determine the occurrence of the caused damage.
2. In case where parcel arrived damaged and the damage was not visible on arrival, notify the courier within 7 days from the day of delivery to make a protocol to establish the state of the parcel and to determine the occurrence of the caused damage.
3. Remember that every courier company and postal service provider is 100% responsible for the entire content of your letter, parcel, or pallet from the moment of receiving it from us or the manufacturer and till the delivery to the selected address.

Please
always check the content of the parcel delivered by the courier before signing it. If the ordered item appears to be damaged, you should not sign it and immediately notify us or the courier company! In that case, any photographic evidence is essential to help with reporting the damage.
